2. Adults-Only Matrimony Service

MatchVeda is an adult-oriented matrimonial service intended for individuals who meet the minimum legal age requirements applicable to the service. Users must provide accurate information about their age and identity. MatchVeda does not permit children or minors to create or maintain accounts for matrimonial or dating purposes. If MatchVeda becomes aware that an account belongs to a minor, the account may be suspended or removed and appropriate action may be taken.

3. Prohibited Content

Users must not upload, share, request, transmit, or distribute content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. This includes images, videos, messages, profile information, links, or any other material that facilitates or promotes CSAE or CSAM. MatchVeda may remove prohibited content and take enforcement action against accounts associated with such activity.

4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation, or other child-safety concerns through MatchVeda's available reporting and support mechanisms. When submitting a report, users should provide as much relevant information as possible, including: • The profile or account involved. • The nature of the concern. • Relevant messages or content, where appropriate. • Any other information that may help MatchVeda investigate the report. Reports concerning child safety are treated seriously and may be prioritized for review.

5. Action Against CSAE and CSAM

When MatchVeda obtains actual knowledge of content or behavior involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, MatchVeda will take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable laws. Depending on the circumstances, actions may include: • Removing or restricting access to prohibited content. • Suspending or permanently terminating the associated account. • Preventing the user from creating additional accounts where appropriate. • Preserving relevant information where legally permitted or required. • Reporting confirmed or suspected illegal activity to appropriate law-enforcement or child-protection authorities when required by applicable law. MatchVeda does not permit its services to be used for the creation, upload, distribution, solicitation, or facilitation of CSAM.

6. Cooperation With Authorities

MatchVeda will cooperate with appropriate law-enforcement and child-protection authorities regarding reports or investigations involving child sexual abuse and exploitation, where required or permitted by applicable law. Where legally required, MatchVeda may report confirmed CSAM or other relevant child-safety violations to the appropriate authorities.

7. Child Safety Point of Contact

MatchVeda maintains a designated contact for child-safety and CSAE-related concerns. Child Safety Contact: support@matchveda.in This contact can be used by users, law-enforcement authorities, child-safety organizations, or other relevant parties to report concerns involving CSAE or CSAM or to communicate with MatchVeda regarding its child-safety practices.

8. Enforcement

MatchVeda may take immediate enforcement action against accounts that violate these standards. Depending on the severity of the violation, enforcement may include warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, restriction of services, and reporting to appropriate authorities. MatchVeda may also take action where an account attempts to circumvent safety controls or creates additional accounts after enforcement.

9. User Safety and Reporting

MatchVeda encourages users to report suspicious, abusive, or potentially exploitative behavior. Users should never attempt to investigate suspected child exploitation themselves or engage with suspected offenders. Where a child may be in immediate danger, users should contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement authority.

10. Policy Updates

MatchVeda may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time to improve user safety, reflect changes in applicable laws, or address changes in platform policies and safety practices. The latest version of these standards will always be published on this page.
